We want you to love your ÉLUNOIR fragrance. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Try Before You Open
Every order includes a complimentary 2ml tester. It's yours to keep, whether or not you return the full bottle. Test the sample first — if the scent isn't for you, return the bottle unused for a full refund.

Our Policy
You may return your full-size bottle within 30 days of delivery for a refund, provided it is unused — not sprayed or opened — and returned in its original presentation tube and packaging. For hygiene and safety reasons, we can't accept returns of bottles that have been opened or used.

Your Statutory Rights
Under UK consumer law you have the right to cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason. Our 30-day policy extends this. Nothing here affects your legal rights, including your rights if goods are faulty.

How to Return
Email support@elunoir.co.uk with your order number and we'll guide you through it. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or faulty, in which case we'll cover it.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days and email you confirmation.

Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us at support@elunoir.co.uk as soon as you can — ideally within 48 hours — with photos, so we can put it right quickly. Your statutory rights for faulty goods apply regardless.
